Masada Seisakusho's range of hydraulic jacks currently offers around 200 models for both automotive and industrial use.
Each one of them requires a development period of six months to a year from the first designs to the prototypes and production, as our “Customers First"philosophy means we need to customize each model to, for example, a specific car make and model.
For that reason, we have set up a very detailed set of standards, covering everything from selection of materials to mass-production methods. We call these standards MOS, the Masada Operations Standards. We aim for meticulous work right from the development stage in order to offer our customers,
whoever they are, the fexibility and high quality that Masada Seisakusho is known for.

Quality control through inspections and personnel

Every one of our products is subjected to the same quality standards. lmproving quality. Lowering costs, Developing new products. To make these three things happen, we perform traceable* inspections at each production stage and take every possible effort to ensure our product quality.
We also work to train our personnel to help them imbue the products they make with this quality.
We have an active QC group, termed "eQCC", which meets twice a year to propose ideas and report on themes related to reducing costs or other improvements.
This is an inspection method which allows people to know when and where each individual item was made.
